Returns policy
1. Overview
I want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds when purchasing artwork from my website.
This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
If you purchase artwork online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify me in writing within 14 days of receiving your artwork by emailing me.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:
The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
It must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, I will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Original delivery costs will be refunded at the standard delivery rate (as required under UK law). However, upgraded or express delivery costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
The artwork
The packaging
Any visible damage
If the item is confirmed as damaged or faulty, I will offer a replacement (if possible) or a full refund, including return postage costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Commissioned or personalised artwork
Custom-made pieces created to your specifications
These items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law.
